1. Do I need a driver's license to rent a golf cart?

Yes, a valid driver's license is required for all drivers. This helps ensure the safety of both our customers and other individuals on the premises.

2. How old do I have to be to rent a golf cart?

The minimum age requirement to rent a golf cart is usually 18 years old.

3. Can more than 2 persons ride in the golf cart?

Most of our golf carts are designed to accommodate 4 to 6 passengers comfortably. Riding with more than the designated capacity is not permitted due to safety regulations.

4. Is there any distance limitation for cruising with one of Island Cruiser golf carts and are they gas or electric?

Our golf carts are gas powered and all the golf carts here on the island are gas. Renting one of our golf carts has no distance limitation, you are allowed to drive all over Ambergris Caye with ZERO issues.

5. Are advance bookings recommended?

Absolutely, Advance bookings are recommended, especially during peak seasons.

6. How do I reserve a golf cart?

You can reserve a golf cart online through our website or by clicking here.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We typically accept major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments are accepted as well.

8. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. However, there might be a cancellation fee depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the about page, terms & conditions sections or contact our customer support for more information.

9. What should I do if the golf cart breaks down during my rental period?

If you experience any issues with the golf cart, please contact our customer support immediately by calling our 24/7 phone number 011(501)625-0507. We'll either provide assistance to get the cart up and running or replace it with a new one, depending on the situation.

10. Is insurance included with the rental? and What is covered by insurance?

Basic insurance coverage is usually included with the rental. However, All the golf cart rental companies have the same type of insurance which covers in respect of injury to or the death of any third party, damage to or the destruction of property belonging to a third party or own property damage.
